The authentic room had a tub, fast WiFi, great views, and the delicious breakfast was enjoyable.

Outstanding meal and great service. Very comfy bed, spotless and well-equipped room with a safe box, a minibar, and an iron/ironing board. Supper friendly and incredibly kind staff; quick check in. Location great, next to a bus station.

This wonderful place is stunning and deserves every one of its 5 stars, we loved the well-equipped rooms with great air conditioning, and the service was top-notch.

Marvellous and lovely location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Casa del Adivino. Beautiful area. Spotless room with magnificent views over the valley and Colonial decor. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially the Manager and Laura ( guest relations) and it had that nice feel that you get in hotels which are well run with happy staff. Food was very good- fresh, tasty and hot, and we ate in twice. Cocktails were some of the best we had in our travels. Our room was good sized with a large bathroom, roomy fridge, filter coffee maker (coffee pack supplied) and plenty of cupboard space. Proximity to Uxmal ruins made the visit there special as we were the first on site on the day of our visit and a dip in the pool on our return was bliss. Highly recommended place to stay for Puuc Route.

Air con unit worked well but was a bit noisy.

The staff at this traditional hotel were incredibly friendly and amiable. the breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, better than in most places.

Location close to the Chocolate Museo and Observatory as well as the tropical rain forest of Uxmal-Yucatan. Well-equipped superior room with views of garden.

The location is lovely!!! The atmosphere is romantic and fashinating as it stays in the forest at few hundred meters far from Uxmal ruins. It was great! Also if we had no time enough to try the "amaca" zone for a siesta!!!

Our room was a great size, with a seating area, ironing facilities, and a study table. the Colonial decor was enjoyable. - the location was stunning and convenient for exploring the pyramids. - A short walk to the fascinating Uxmal temples and ruins, as well as a botanical garden.

I liked the architecture, the services and location. The buildings, gardens and fields are amazing.

The only thing is that people who stay make lot of noice talking outside the rooms. Maybe it could be helpful if the manager put some indications asking for respect to others who are sleeping.

Old school design and feel. Quiet, great location for visiting Uxmal Mayan ruins.

No drinkable water provided other than the water you have to pay for out of the mini-bar. The spagetti de tres deseos was not very good.

Conveniently located near historical attractions, just a short stroll away from landmarks and a lookout point with a great view 👍.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool. It is historic. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. They are beautifully decorated and have fresh flowers. The bathroom is enormous, with a big, deep oval tub. There is a selection of toiletries, coffee to make, complimentary bottled water. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. There are delicious Yucatan specialties. The service in the hotel was superb. I enjoyed walking around and seeing the plaques on the rooms where royalty and other famous people stayed. This was far more than a hotel....it was a wonderful experience. The price was very low for all of this luxury!

The food was a little diappointing - but otherwise ok
